I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Acumed harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from my breach of any representation or warranty set forth in this paragraph.

By submitting these images, I grant to Acumed a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual right and license to (1) reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, and publicly display the images, in whole or in part, in any manner and media; (2) modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works from the images, in whole or in part, in any manner and media; and (3) sublicense the foregoing rights, in whole or in part, to any third party, with or without a fee.
